Political commentator and former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) spokesman Hakeem Baba-Ahmed has described former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai as “a very difficult person to advise,” Baba-Ahmed said during an interview in Abuja on Monday.
